Yes, its all well and dandy that everyone wants attention on the red carpet, but trust a few individuals to always try and push for attention so much it seems like they are trying to make up for absent parents. Cameroon singer that went from beautifully brown to bleach white with excessive make up to hide side effects has been screaming for attention for years on red carpets and this look at the MTV Billboard awards just proves it.

Yes, there is worst out there but this is just silly. The first question is who keeps inviting her on? Second question is who did she buy this dress from? And last question….did she keep the receipt?
