Deep conditioning is the process of allowing oil and water penetrate your hair from roots to tip. This can be done by; 1.First of all mix your after shampoo conditioner with a little of any of your favorite oils (coconut,avocado,olive,jojoba oils etc) 2.Microwave for 50 seconds , max 1 minute. 3.Apply or spray or moisturize you hair with water and apply the deep conditioning treatment 4.massage it into your hair and scalp ,ensuring it gets to all parts 5. Cover with a plastic bag or shower cap. You may cover again with a satin bonnet if you have. This will retain more heat and aid the process 6.
