Fashion model and stylist AJ daps decided to turn a new leaf in her career only a few months ago, the beautiful afrolicious young girl who is usually beyond fascinated by runway clothes decided to become a style influencer not for the love of popularity, but for her love of Ghanaian fashion brands.

According to the Ghanaian model “Brands in Ghana have so much to offer but many people abroad don’t see the quality of the designs and the beauty of our creations if they are not African print” She told FashionGHANA.com “I love African prints and I intend to promote lots of it, but I don’t want people to think our creatives are limited to that”.

Although very new with a limited following on the net, once she opened up her catalog of clothes ranging from Ghanaian brands to items she has collected from thrift shops over the months, she made it known that she has already established styling clients in the short period of time, 3 of which are women in major government positions.

AJ Daps aims to be able to create a path where Africans, mainly Ghana can create and enjoy it’s own trends without look abroad for what is in style or not.
