The fashion brand ventured to Tokyo, Japan to unveil it’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection titled “Lindelwa: We are the ones they have been waiting for”. It was showcased at the Rakuten Fashion Week in the city of Tokyo which marks his first fashion show for 2022. The stories that we found in our research led us to discover myths that have a sense of moral value when told. The Japanese have warrior stories of battles, similar to most cultures in South Africa. He continued “The Samurai, for instance, have traditional regalia that differs between ranks, different tribes, and cultures … in our country, the same thing exists within the many sub-tribes of South Africa and their traditional garments,” He took to his instagram to share phone video clips of the show.
