African American rapper Meek Mill visited Ghana in December, to be specific on the 28th as a listed performer for the Afronation concert. The rapper made an exciting entrance as he drove an ATV across the streets of Accra with other bikers.

Later in the month on the 31st of December, Meek Mill was invited to the Jubilee House (the Ghanaian white house) on a courtesy call to meet the president of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo. The meeting was recorded and broadcasted. The rapper spoke about making breakthrough connections with African Americans involved with his prison reform projects and Ghana.

Unfortunately, things took a left turn when the rapper decided to use the opportunity to record a music video with the typical gangster and female disrespectful lyrics. Then posted the video on social media.
