Share FacebookTwitterPinterestLinkedinWhatsappTelegramEmail 353 Alphadi, one of Africa`s most famous celebrities and highly-acclaimed international designers, has invited a Seychellois designer to make his/her breakthrough at the Niger leading festival for promotion of African Fashion (FIMA). Mr. Alphadi is the Founder of the International African Fashion Festival, and he is in Seychelles to showcase one of his masterful ready-to-wear collections at the FetAfrik Gala Evening this Saturday. Mr. Alphadi said the fashion festival, which allows African designers to come together with other international designers such as Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo, and Paco Rabanne, is probably the biggest tourist attraction in Niger, and it will put a Seychelles fashion designer in the spotlight in Africa and the world. “For the first time, Seychelles will be associated with the International Fashion Festival in 2015, and it will be a genuine opportunity for young and professional talents from the Seychelles to merge their experience with top designers in the world,” Alphadi said. Minister St.Ange also welcomed from Zambia an international chef, Musama Kaloto Chamunda, a very prominent restaurateur in Zambia, who has flown to Seychelles to prepare a delightful menu for the FetAfrik Gala Dinner.
