While revealing her second pregnancy at the 2021 BET Awards, the 28-year-old rapper bared her bump onstage in a sparkling cutout bodysuit by Dolce & Gabbana.

The blinged-out design — which Cardi wore while performing alongside her husband Offset’s group, Migos — featured a sheer panel over the midsection, allowing the “WAP” hitmaker’s belly to take center stage.
