The story that has been published in over 100 blog pages has very little details to it and little to no sources. After searching through the records of the https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com Nyakim Gatwech was nowhere to be found on the site. Just to be sure we contacted the organization and it was confirmed the story was not true. This followed our instinct based on the fact that with a vast continent such as Africa it will be beyond impossible for the Guinness Book of Records to accredit such a title without core research. The source of this story link to the blog nnxblog with the title ‘Sudanese Model Nyakim, Enters Guinness Book Of Records For Having The Darkest Skin Tone On Earth (Photos)’ which provided absolutely no source to the claim. https://www.instagram.com/p/BlWJmTAAVsc/ Nyakim Gatwech is definitely amongst the darkest successful models out in this world. We are proud to have contributed to countless blogs promoting her beauty even before she was popular. She rose to fame on social media and developed her success via her own management company. Nyakim’s success has seen her model for mainstream brands such as Loreal, Fashion Nova, and much more. She is currently acknowledged as the queen of the dark, but with a vast majority of fashion models, online models, and photo models, some that may or may not be as popular as her, there is no telling or measuring who is the darkest model out there. The question is was this fake pr to place the model’s name in the spotlight. Maybe this might get the attention of the organization and the said intent might become true, but as of today 28th of April 2020, this story is fake.
