Fashion Icon Awards Organizers Appoints Model Victoria Michaels as Ambassador

The organizers of Fashion Icon Awards have announced international model Victoria Michaels as the brand ambassador and face of this year’s event.

The model, whose face has been on major ads campaigns for local and international brands and have also walked on most of the biggest runway show in Ghana and international, would henceforth be seen on the face of all promotional materials for this year’s event.

Fashion Icon Awards promises to be the biggest event in Ghana’s fashion industry calendar, a unique and glamorous celebration to recognize and reward stakeholders in the fashion industry.

 
A star-studded line-up is expected at the glitzy night on September 6 at Lapalm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, with great performances from some of the finest artistes in Ghana and mini glamorous fashion parade by some selected designers.

Victoria Michaels was recently honoured at All Africa Media Networks awards as Potential model of the year. She has walked on runway of Ghana @ 50 Gold show, BBC African Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week, FIMA Show, Dark & Lovely Hair Fashion Show, Glitz Africa Fashion week, and also Special feature in Vogue Italia, Canoe Magazine, Oh! Yes Magazine, Print ads for Agricultural Development Bank, Woodin Campaigns, Cover for Ghana’s 2006 Presidential diary, TV commercials for MTN, Billboard for Bel-Aqua natural mineral water, Nescafe, Social media campaign for Vodafone with Dbanj and Sarkodie, brand Ambassador of Ariels Haven, and also, was the House Model for Artdress by the late Fashion legend Kofi Ansah.
