Rihanna’s promise to launch Fenty in Africa has finally materialized. On the 10th of May, Barbadian singer, actress, fashion designer, and businesswoman, Robyn Rihanna Fenty NH announced the launch of Fenty Africa on her instagram account and she didn’t fall short of her words.

The ‘Umbrella’ hitmaker promised the high demanded skincare brand would be set to launch in Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. This past weekend, Rihanna finally saw her sweat and work reach the shores of Africa. Nigeria and South Africa were the first countries to host their Fenty Africa launch party.

Rihanna signed deals with Edgars Beauty, which acts as the distributor for Fenty in the Southern regions of Africa, and Essenza which takes care of Fenty in West Africa.
