Hamamat is mostly known for her proud village life antics bringing and exposing forth a better and healthier way of living outside the world of fast food, technology, and chemical-filled cosmetics. So there is no doubt during her 3rd pregnancy, the dark-skinned beautiful Ghanaian lady wouldn’t take the opportunity to educate us on her pregnancy experience.

According to Hamamat, Garden eggs is definitely something to consider for a healthier bouncy little baby during the stages of pregnancy. But this is not only a conclusion randomly reached by the Ghanaian beauty, it is also one exposed by nutritionists around the world.

Garden egg is a natural source of vitamin B’s such as thiamin, niacin, B6 and pantothenic acid that helps the body in the proper use of fat and protein; and also contributes to the nervous system positively.
