Right about now, it’s no mystery that the year of return in Ghana is seeing a lot of prominent celebrities, mainly African Americans touching down on the continent and a large count of diasporans in Ghana. However, there has been much buzz and fake news about the arrival of Beyonce. Some blogs have used old flight images to falsify her presence and others have denied her presence all for hits and likes.

The truth is still very much in the air, however, we have gotten from first hand source, a member from the Year of Return committee confirming that Beyonce is in the country. According to the official Year Of Return committee, she arrived in on a private jet. However, the only unknown factor now what is she doing in Ghana.

Yvette Noel Schure took to the gram to dispel rumours that she was performing in Ghana, however she didn’t dispel the rumour that Beyonce will be in Ghana.

This coupled with Beyonce’s mother’s earlier denial of her being in Ghana then overturned many headlines to compile a truth that beyonce is not in Ghana. However, Tina Knowles denied Beyonce’s presence in Ghana at an earlier stage. Yvette only denied Beyonce will be performing at Afronation or Afrochella. Probably to ensure the event doesn’t make profit of her name based on rumours. However, none of this proved she wasnt coming to Ghana. What we can confirm according to a member of staff at the Year Of Return, she is here and arrived on a private Jet.

So again, the mystery now is what will she be doing here. According to other sources, there is an undisclosed end of the year event taking place on Tuesday 31st December 2019, which will include the presence of the president of Ghana, alongside many of the Year of Return celebrities, that has summoned the presence of Beyonce and the likes of Akon and Edward Enningful (editor of Vogue) and more. We can not disclose the details giving to us. However, we have concluded that this is most likely the event the queen will be at…..and unfortunately, it’s not on the Year Of Return calendar.
