A few website recently reported Off-White is the hottest trend at the moment, but in many corners this may be far from the reality. Marathon clothing seems to be breaking all records to the extent the family, workers and colleagues of of assassinated rapper Nipsey Hustle can’t handle it’s current state.

Since his untimely death, Ethiopian/American rapper-entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle’s clothing store has become overwhelmed with orders from all over the country. Some sources say the store has received 2 million orders, while others say that they have received $10 million in revenue from orders.

Either way, it’s been so overwhelming that his business partners have decided to temporarily shut the flagship store down. While the flagship store is closed for now, the online store continues to operate and is still accepting orders.

Which now leads us to the following questions.
1/ Is Africa going to invest or bring Marathon clothing into our nations, the same way we see a Gucci and D&G around every corner. Imagine how tremendous this could be for unilateral business with African American fashion and African fashion.

2/ Are the family going to be strategic with the clothing business. Adverts, photoshoots, social media promotion, runway shows, billboards, seeking buyers and international stores. Or would they use the money on other things and let the brand fizzle out eventually?
