Ophelia Crossland Drops The Look Book For The Motley Collection Filled With Silk African Print Must-Haves

Ghanaian fashion brand Ophelia Crossland just dropped the look book for her latest collection dubbed ‘Motley’. Ophelia Crossland Designs was founded by Ghanaian fashion designer and the Creative Director, Ophelia Akweley Okyere-Darko. ‘Those Who Inspire’ Limited named her as part of the 75 ‘Most Inspiring Ghanaians’ in the world.

Surprisingly enough her husband and popular radio host Kofi Okyere Darko, just organized one of the biggest editions of Rhythms on the Runway and Ophelia Crossland ‘the brand’ was nowhere to be found on the runway. Possibly because the collection might not have been ready by then.

Nevertheless, it is ready now and definitely worth the wait. The set of clothes dubbed ‘Motley’ was shot by Gilbert Asante and presented on her social media platforms with a nice poem as seen below…

Smiling in the powder room or enjoying a ride…
To whom I write I see myself,
I’ve worked so hard to enjoy this wealth.
Lets raise a glass to the finer things in life…
The feel of silk and the joy it brings.
