We love Lira, and we love Gert, so guess what, we super love everything the designer did on the SA Fashion Week runway show. For those that don’t know, Lira is a South African singer born in Daveyton, on Johannesburg’s East Rand 1979. Her name translates to “love” in Sesotho and she is a multi-platinum selling and an 11-times South African Music Award-winning Afro-Soul vocalist, who refers to her music as “a fusion of soul, funk, elements of jazz and African.

And for Gert-Johan Coetzee, he seems to be one of the biggest things going in South African Fashion. The designer has been behind almost every tantalizing red carpet look to emerge out of South Africa last year, and his runway collection show he has much more instore for style bloggers.
