The Central University College is set to celebrate arts, fashion, style and design in grand style this June in an event dubbed the Central Fashion Week.#Dedicated to Mr Kofi Ansah,you still live in our heart# The week long event which, the first of its kind in Ghana comes off Monday, 2nd to Friday, 6th June 2014 at the Miotso campus.

 

The Central Fashion Week is to unearth talents in upcoming designers by blending them with established ones to gain more exposure. In addition to that, it is aimed at promoting Pan Africanism, entrepreneurship and encourage the patronage of African prints among students. It brings together renowned fashion designers, student designers and whole lot of personalities in the creative arts industry to display their works to the general public.

The Central Fashion Week promises to be a great platform for college students to meet and socialise, network and discover new trends in the fashion industry. At a time when every University is talking hall week celebration, Central Fashion Week offers an alternative entertainment and more profitable avenue to students and a perfect one for public university students who will be on holidays by then.

Thursday 5th June:
– Health walk & Clean-up exercise

– Donation to orphanage and film show

Friday 6th June:
– Night of Glory

Saturday 7th June (Grand Event) Runway show with musical performances from renowned Ghanaian artists.
