Drink Water By now, we’ve all heard that doctors recommend we take in at least 8 glasses of water per day, but did you know that with every gulp you’re clearing away the toxins that cause inflammation and blemishes? Dehydration is a serious threat, especially in Ghana’s often sweltering heat and it can leave skin looking grey and tired. But, the article doesn’t address makeup which many women wear. So, I am going to paas along my personal tip which works for me. I am 52 years old and I have glowing soft skin I only need a good hairdo, chic outfit, eyeliner and a little almond or coconut oil as lipgloss to acieve a polished glamorous look. I stopped wearing foundation years ago when I wear a full face of makeup, I use a dusting of face powder in my shade, no liquid or cream foundation. I can fall asleep without removing my makeup and not suffer for it with pimples and acne. Powder protects the skin from the elements and environmental toxins without clogging the porea.
