Agbani Darego Former Miss World, Is the Face of Nigeria’s N50 postal Stamp

Agbani Darego, Nigerian super model and former Miss World, has been very active in carrying the pride of Nigeria internationally. So it’s not surprising that the country has now made her the face of Nigeria’s N50 postal stamp.

The beauty queen has just got a new title and shared the photo of the stamp on Instagram. For today’s generation, with emails and text messages and facebook and so on, some will not acknowledge the symbolic impact of having a face on a stamp, but for the older ones amongst us, and for those that still use letters regularly, here is a new face to lick the back off.
