Bleached Skinned Lady Showing Off Nails Goes Viral With GH Delicacy Comparison

A woman who recently had her nails done and showed it off for a picture has now gone viral due to the uneven skin tone across her wrist, arm and fingers. The images which shows the lady sitting down with with one hand over the other has been compared to fried plantain, a common delicacy in Ghana. This originally was just a caption joke posted by a facebooker named Kofi Gyan Dom, before it turned into a meme.

 

In less than 24hrs, the picture has gone viral across Africa. Unfortunately, no one is aware of who the lady is just yet, or how recent the picture is. but it’s a clear warning to stay away from bleaching. In 2016 there is a loud voice that screams all skin tones are beautiful, and it’s regularly projected especially on the net.

However, its not surprising there are still probably some rural areas and what we call ‘Bush’ mentality that still believe the lighter the skin the more beautiful. We can only sympathize with the low self-esteem lady who will damage herself this much for nothing to be appreciated in public and then end up being ridiculed. Although, we hope they learn from such embarrassing viral images.
