Marhaw is a brand by Yaa Mensah that makes ladies handbags ranging from types big enough for weekend getaways to regular handbags and purses. These are produced in Africa, by African hands using materials ethically sourced in Africa.

 

They employ high quality full grain leather sourced from Ethiopia and matched with hand-woven/ made fabrics from Ghana and the rest of West Africa as well as hide from Southern Africa. These bags come in a variety of colours and designs and are not devoid of elements that portray African heritage.

There is a common argument among women as to how many handbags to possess at a time and if handbags should be counted separately from purses and pouches.
