I always wanted someone to get the miracle of using coconut oil across and thankfully you have done that for me…I love fashion Ghana Leah Antonia April 24, 2015 - 12:59 am I have been natural for over 10 years now, but I ALWAYS hated cutting or trimming my hair. Why? Well, because it took so gosh darn long to grow back :'( In addition, I had terrible split ends and it was dry and brittle, breaking off waaaay too easily. THEN, I started using coconut oil on my hair shafts. I have yet to really use it on my scalp, but it has completely replaced ALL MY HAIR PRODUCTS!! I shampoo with Carol’s Daughter shampoos and then condition with “the miracle” that is organic coconut oil :) No more curl defining this or moisture locking that… ONLY coconut oil! I also use it on my skin and drink about a table spoon of it a day, so maybe the combination of everything helps, too, but I will NEVER stop using it now that I know how awesome it is! The level of moisture, softness, LENGTH (It grew 6 inches in 4 months!!), manageability, body, thickness and all around “awesome” that my hair has suddenly manifested is unbelievable!
