Step 1.) Exfoliate your lips; your lips are softer and smoother after you exfoliate. Apply Vaseline on your lips and leave for a minute or two. Then brush your lips in a circular motion with a child’s brush because of its softness. Brushing your lips will help you remove any flakiness. Then you apply little amount of lip balm to keep the lips moist.

Step 3.) Your lipstick will last longer by applying a light coat of concealer to your lips as a base. Blot the excess product off with a tissue. Then apply a little more lipstick and power your lips for a translucent look. Then apply your
lipstick again for the last time. So it’s Concealer—Lipstick—-Blot–-Lipstick—-Powder—-Lipstick.

Step 4.) To get a clean finish, apply your lipstick with a lip brush, this will help you stick within your lip line for a perfect neat finish.
