Superstars DBanj and Seun Kuti were spotted among the glitterati at the VVS Lagos Fashion Show, where the Lagos State Government vowed to catapult African fashion to the global stage.

Speaking at the star-studded event held at the JRandle Centre for Yoruba and Culture, the Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, revealed the government’s grand plan to promote African fashion worldwide.

Backing her sentiments, Permanent Secretary Mrs. Oloruntoyin Atekoja said the event underscored the staggering potential and talent within Lagos’ creative industries. “The Ministry is steadfast in its commitment to creating an environment where artists and designers can thrive,” Atekoja proclaimed, sending a wave of excitement through the fashion-forward crowd.
