Eboni Davis, known professionally as Ebonee Davis, is an American model and activist. She appeared in season 18 of America’s Next Top Model.

She gave a TED Talk on the experience of being an African-American model in the fashion industry. She is known for her Calvin Klein campaign, in which she wore her natural hair.

Ebonee Davis recently decided to share with her followers the recent digitals. For those outside of the fashion community who are unaware of what digitals are, they are the more modern word for polaroids.

What Are Poloroids/Digitals?

1. Filters to alter the model’s appearance,
2. No Makeup to hide any scars, bad skin, or ill pigmentations of the model’s looks.
3. No lights to enhance the skin tone of the models, and no
4. Retouching to edit the overall appearance of the models.

Digitals are usually shot in bikinis or tight clothes and tank tops. The reason for this is to allow clients that wish to use the model to be able to see the model in her or his pure entirety to avoid disappointments after bookings.

For example, if say one book a model for a beauty shoot and goes by a much-edited image, they might end up booking a model who might not look anything like what they requested which could be a hindrance to the overall outcome of the shoot.

In most cases, polaroids or digitals of fashion models are not made public, but instead simply provided to clients upon request. However, many models that fare well in Polaroid tend to share it with the public, and Ebonee did just that.

Ebonee Davis Don’t Crack!

The 30-year-old Nubian beauty Ebonee Davis struck a cord amongst her followers after publishing her Polaroids showing her off as beautiful and young looking as any ordinary 16-year-old new sign-on model would look.

The images were an instant hit and received over 10,000 likes on Instagram.

Enonee Davies may not be so popular on the runway but has definitely carried the belt when it comes to editorials, especially a lot of which has been reflected in the Afrocentric end of social media.

Most fashion editorial featuring stunning beauty has easily gone viral on various platforms. She has made a name for herself around the world working with creatives from the USA to Europe and even recently in Africa, specifically speaking, Ghana.

Most people are awaiting for her to walk major African fashion shows such as Accra Fashion Week.

It also wasn’t long ago she worked with Ivorian cowry shell creator Lafalaise. Ivoirian Designer is renowned For using the brightly colored, glossy shells found in warm seas to make amazing accessories like head gears, chokers, necklaces, waist belts, and even clothes.

She recently made another stunning design with the cowries which international model Ebonee Davis wore for a magnificent shoot with award-winning photographer Micheal Aboya in Ghana.
