Ghanaian designer Elikem Kumordzie, who rose to fame as a former Big Brother Africa housemate, has always stood out for his unique approach to fashion shows. Known for his innovative antics, he continually strives to offer something different from his peers.

At the recent EmyAfrica Expo event, Elikem went above and beyond expectations. He proposed to his long-term girlfriend and model, Hajara Nsoh. The couple, who have been public about their relationship for the past two years, share a child together. Elikem also has another child with his former Zimbabwean girlfriend, Pokello Nare. For those unfamiliar, Elikem’s love story with Pokello on Big Brother Africa and their relationship afterward significantly boosted his brand as a fashion designer.

After showcasing a range of glossy black attires paired with his new KUKU hat collection, Elikem surprised the audience and his girlfriend by taking a knee with her stepson between them and proposing. Hajara accepted the proposal. See the video below.
