FIMO228 Creates An International Launching Pad For Togolese Designers & Models

Once again Togo’s premier fashion night FIMO228 rocked the streets of Lome on Saturday, February 25 at night in the Hotel Ibis Gardens. The event featured an international range of designers from Benin, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Gabon, South Africa and many more, showcasing a wide range of designs to various press outlets and an international audience.

 

The event organized by Jacques Logoh is also known for launching the careers of many Togolese models and designers although giving them the platform to showcase amongst their professional peers.

It’s seems this event could be the leading platform for Togolese fashion and a great way to set them off on an international scale. Unfortunately we do not have a recollection of the runway pics, but a few images can be seen floating the internet.
