The just ended Accra Fashion Week 2018 Summer Harmattan finished with a very impressive list of deigners at CFAO Ghana ltd. The event hosted Ghana’s leading fashion brands such as Mish Mega, Bri Wireduah, Aphia Sakyi, Madyln Mode, Afre Anko, Netseba, MXDonna, Abass, Bushai Weave and more.

In attendance were various celebrities such as Margaret Murray, Adina Thembe, Pascaline Edwards, Lydia Forson, Fashion Pilot and more. The highlight was a surprise attendance by the French ambassador to Ghana Anne Sophie Ave who came to witness trend setting clothes, and even took to the backstage to meet students of Imperial College of Arts.

The event proved that Ghana truly is the fashion capital of Africa with a wide range of international media and guests. Organizers have assured that despite the glitz and glamour, there is a lot of work needs to be and will done on to ensure buyers open up to the fabulous works by Ghanaian and African designers.
