The official launch and introduction of Vida(The Fortress) fall collection was scheduled to take place at the African Regents Hotel on the 17th of October, 2014. That’s for the record, it was a special moment we shared together with lots of inspiration and whispering among ourselves. The beautiful serene atmosphere at the pool side of the Hotel made it even more enjoyable. The event was designed in such a way that, it was access only with invitation cards. Before introducing the Vida Fall Collection, Totally Ethnik showcased samples of previous collections. It included Birds of Paradise(Fall 2013) and Metropolis(Spring 2014). Beautiful models with fine structures showcased the fab collection in style. Vida(The Fortress) fall collection was being introduced whiles the models were strutting the runway, the audience really showed love by applauding and cheerishing as the introduction was in the process. The Vida Fall Collection celebrates women and gives them the edge to find strenght in the time of need. I tried to reminnscent for sometime, I realised the fashion show was one of a kind, bringing out the beauty in African fashion.
