Ghanaian Designer & Models Make An Impression At The Durban Fashion Fair

The Durban Fashion Fair in South Africa, which took place at the end of last month saw established and emerging designers of international repute showcasing their collections over a 3 day period. I was particularly excited by certain names – Thula Sandi and David Tlale… but who I really had my eyes on were the 3 reps from Ghana; Iddris Prince, Mercy Ashie and Oheneba Nana Yaw.

 
Oheneba Nana Yaw showcased his recently launched Heritage Collection, while models Prince and Ashie, rocked the runway in Massimo Crvelli, Thula Sandi, Freddy’s Collection, David Tlale, Zarth and other emerging labels.

The Glitz Africa Fashion Week is set to take place from the 6th of November to the 9th of November this year.
