However in the recent years the brand was heavily swarmed with requests from its female clientele base that saw Catherine venturing into more chic and high end designs. Catherine later admitted to herself she aligns more with couture and creating couture has always been her passion, however in Africa the closest to a market for couture style brands are bridal ceremonies of which is not really sustainable. Although, after their reception post Accra Fashion Week, Catherine believe it is definitely time for her to take strides into the high fashion luxury end with little glitters of couture here and there. She decided that would then not fit under the label Menworld of Fashion and is now reconstructing her brand to Catherine L. She stated using her real name is best as it truly reflects her sense of fashion and the L ts the initial for her first name and signifies the flavour of strength the brand will adapt as she comes from a lineage of strong women.
