It took social media to break the mold that dark-skinned is not beautiful and can not sell. It gave the world the opportunity not only to see how beautiful the dark-skinned women of the world are, but also it showed the truth how dark-skinned beauty is admired heavily in society.

The young ones will never get to know what this transition means today and how that change feels.

Two models Kezia (GHBlackDiamond) and Addie (Just.addie) who are richly blessed with immense melanated skin tones were recently featured in an editorial shot by amazing fashion and conceptual photographer Fede Kortez.

The images see the two ladies strut around the market with their afro in full effect rocking stunning crotchet tops by @Africrochy with pop sunglasses. It would have been a dream come true to have seen some more alternative looks and accessories, but this was just as good.
