Sometime last week, Africa saw a media storm claiming Queen Nyakim was acknowledged in the Guiness Book of Records for having the darkest skin ever. Unfortunately, this was very untrue, which we fact-checked.

However, that doesn’t take away from the fact is carrying one of the most precious skin tones in the world of fashion and beauty. And who else to capture it best none other than world-renowned fashion photographer Isaac West.

However, this is not the first time the two have been acquainted as work colleagues. He was responsible for Nyakim’s first popular bikini shoot in 2017 before she was a social media superstar.

In their recent shoot, Isaac works with a non-abstract feel touching simply on appealing colours, red and white, contrasting against the dark skin tone of Queen Nyakim and model Chudier Dobuol.
