Lisa Folawiyo in Jewel by Lisa – Conversations with Lisa in Lagos

On Saturday 14th June 2014, Lisa Folawiyo, the creative director of one of Nigeria’s luxury design labels Jewel by Lisa, hosted a private event at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Tagged “Conversations with Lisa“, guests at the event include Eku Edewor, Michelle Dede, Dimeji Alara, Bola Balogun, Omoyemi Akerele and the brand’s publicist Zara Okpara.

 

For the event, it was no surprise that Lisa selected pieces from her brand’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection, showcased at the 2013 Lagos Fashion & Design Week.

Lisa chose a print shirt dress, as well as a brown mesh which features a plunging V neckline.

It was styled with gold stud earrings, a silver necklace with a statement Orion pendant by Lanvin, a gold wrist watch, a metallic gold bag (not pictured) and a pair of corset-like lacing, pointed toe gold heels by Christian Louboutin.

Opting for an up do, she completed the look with smokey eyes and red lipstick
