Amber Rose was snapped in an amazing post apocalyptic style dress by one of Cape Verde’s best designer, Josefa Da Silva. We are not clear which red carpet event that is but she looks fabulous.

The USA based designer showcased this year at both New York Fashion Week for her W/F 2017 collection and at Accra Fashion Week for her S/S18 collection.

There is no doubt that the funky and controversial designer is heading for greatness. She’s a funfilled open minded, caring for the disabled type which was very evident at her New York Fashion Week where she hired ladies with disabilities to model her clothes. Keep an eye out for her.
