This weekend saw the best of the Ghanaian fashion industry come together to celebrate it’s top creatives, models and industry figures in an amazing sky view awards nights. It was the 2nd ever edition of the FashionGHANA Honours & Awards and it was held on the roof top at the Silver Star Towers at Ghana’s style city, Airport City on the 29th Of March 2019.

This open air exciting and fun night was attended by celebrities such as Nana Akua Addo, Adina Thembi and much more. As well as many prominent fashion figures and saw 16 awards distributed to the best of Ghana’s fashion personalities.

FashionGHANA believes the awards ceremony is a breath of fresh air in comparison to usual pay for play award event culture in Ghana, based on being a genuine award event of which the judgement was executed by external judges scores coupled with public voting. We are very proud of all the winners and the nominees and hope a genuine award platform with encourage all parties to work on the roles in the industry as well as their public and social media platforms as this is what was used to judge their nominations.
