The dispute between Ghanaian musician Kirani Ayat and the Ghana Tourism Authority over copyright infringement does not appear to be going away anytime soon. Kirani Ayat burst out on Twitter yesterday when the President of Ghana’s official social media page shared a promotional video that contained excerpts of his music video. He revealed the ministry did not reach out to him but used his intellectual properties at his blind side. Ghanaian musicians Sarkodie and Pure Akan joined the conversation today.
