The schedule for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Africa 2013 is out with a splendid set of designers. And once again, like all fashion weeks and major fashion events you will forever be granted a window to the fashion talents of Africa right here on FashionGHANA.com. In other words, you can find all coverage here.

The event will feature some of our favourite designers from across Africa including two lovelies from Ghana. Some foreign names we recommend for the South African fashionistas go as follows. Mina Evans and Duaba Serwa from Ghana, Laurence Airline from Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Taibo Bacar from Mozambique, Mille Collines from Rwanda, and Rift Valley Leather from Kenya.

Although, this would come as a shock, Despite the juicy foreign designers on the list there will be no Nigerian fashion designers exhibiting at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Africa 2013. However, there will be an entourage of Nigerian models taking part in the show. Including Africa’s very own Favour Lucky

 

The reason for this is beyond our sources, with so much beauty on the Lagos Fashion and Design Week 2013, it would have been nice to have seen some of the featured designer light up the runway. Nevertheless, find the schedule below.
