Nevertheless, the event kicked off and exposed some interesting talents on the runway. Unfortunately and as usual, without an official photographer, it’s not easy to retrieve all images from the show. However, a few were published recently as one can see below. The event was hosted by the wonderful Ama K Abebrese with a great performance from Sherifa Guru as seen below. There was a great showcase by various designers including Codewear, Anne Joelle, Snab Designs, Esty Collection, Bushai Weave Collection, Obroni Fashion Designs and closed with the award winning designer Abrantie The Gentle man. The main objective of the Neskeal Fashion Show is to patronize and popularize the “Friday Wear” tag and extend it to mean African culture exhibited through fashion every day, every time and at every place provided it conforms to the rules of the working environment.
