FIMA returned with a bang proving it’s one of the best shows to be executed in Africa, especially amongst the francophone community. Although a little less on the entertainment side, definitely a fabulous show as far as runway fashion and models go.

One of Ghana’s leading brands took to the stage to give the audience a taste of her latest collection, dubbed Happiness.

In description of the collection according to Boatema Wiredu “Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort”. My effort and achievement have been greatly admired by my numerous patrons and love ones. They celebrate my sophisticated taste and affable personality which stands to be my trademark of a rising brand. The transformative quality of dressing up and the insight of a contemporary fashion lover, the woman, enthuse my creative instinct every day. The reflection of unique creativity that represents individuality, interest and character provoked my creative mind to show appreciation in a very uncommon way. Doing this through the love of art and design, a reflection of a bubbling fabric and colour coupled with sentiment of imaginable is expressed through the touch of flower and an accessory of head piece. With a touch of pink, I say thank you to all those that celebrates me by the day.”
