It seems vitilgo super model Winnie Harlow didn’t waste a moment of her halloween in 2019, the inspirational vitiligo icon took on the essence of another historical icon Marilyn Monroe and brought her back to life in her own reenactment.

Though her eccentric edit of the long gone Marilyn has people asking if she did Marilyn Monroe better than Marilyn Monroe herself. Let’s not forget Marilyn existed in an error of extreme racism, it would take years possibly decades for a black singer to have been given the platform she obtained in those days, talented or not, let alone the recent acceptance of vitiligo in the mainstream world that can somewhat be attributed to Winnie Harlow.

There is no shadow of a doubt those that had a sparkle far more raunchy that Marilyn would have never seen the light of day in her shoes considering they were of colour. Winnie has blessed us with the opportunity to see them back and back with admiration.
