African fashion takes a big step forward with Maki Oh and Osei-Duro carrying the flag. The U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama who is usually reported in the media for her style was seen wearing a top by the Nigerian label Maki Oh and a skirt by Ghanaian designer Osei-Duro. Michelle Obama recently wore African design label, Maki Oh‘s Adire Tally print shirt from its Spring/Summer 2013 collection during a recent MTV Base Meets..session with African youths.
