The designer, who has had a long career also designing for Vlisco displayed two sets of Collections on the runway. A new set of items purely of the Seyi Jones brand, as well as the Vlisco Reflexion Optique designs by Seyi Jones. The high-priced night was attended by various ambassadors including that of Liberia, Egypt, Japan, and many more. Also, many known Ghanaian celebrities were in attendance such as Jim Iyke, Nadia Buari, Becca, and Efya to name a few. Prior to Seyi Jones collections, the runway was graced with designs by Fafa Glover (Ghana) and Lavelamusgrove Palace of Fabulacity (Liberia), the show was subtitled Bridging the Gap, and aimed at erasing the limitations amongst West Africans. The beautiful talented Seyi acknowledged she is creating this platform of support for up-and-coming designers as she never did receive this on her road to success.
