Black people may not own the #BlackLivesMatter franchise, and there was also a lot of foreign and political interest of people instigating riots, never the less what we can take out of the incident is that at least there is a clear message of repercussions if a black life is taken away.

Also on a good note, we can appreciate the education and wonderful stories that have come out of it, such as this couple that took advantage of the moment during a peaceful protest to get married.

Xavior Young took to the protest to get on one knee and propose to Majorie! And it all makes sense! The Colin Kaepernick kneel, the preservation of life, the love etc. Despite all the fancy proposals that have been executed this year, there couldn’t have been a better time to show love to your loved one whilst showing love for your people.
