According to the founder Aku Shika, she recently found out about Viola Davis after watching her interview on Oprah Winfrey. She was so moved by Viola she decided to read more and eventually expressed her admiration for the actress in her latest and only outfit published on her Instagram page (after deleting previous posts). The outfit was smothered with a beautiful Viola Davis smiling picture as well as quotes and excerpts from her book. In an attempt to catch Viola Davis’s attention, the designer requested her followers to tag the actress on the page resulting in roughly 100 people doing just about that. She posted the dress with the following caption “@violadavis if you ever get to see this, I will want to personally (via text or in-person) tell you that your life even though was super tough, is interesting to me. I don’t listen to personal life stories because it traumatises me but for whatsoever reason, i did yours and I’m glad i did. I have something to tell you alone😌💐” Right before asking friends and family to contact the actress on her behalf. The post was made 10 days ago and unfortunately, there has been zero response from the actress to date. However, it is not surprising, these are very busy times, as she has just rounded up roles in ‘King Woman’ and ‘Black Panther 2’ plus all the other sitcoms she stars in. Nevertheless, if you are a fan of Viola Davis, one can enjoy the visuals of the outfit below starring Christy Ukata and reach out to Adjasam to get their edit.
