Young Urban Fashion Talents Take Over The Streets At Chale Wote Festival 2023

The Chale Wote Street Art Festival is right now. The event also known as Chale Wote is an annual street festival in Accra, Ghana. The festival targets exchanges between scores of local and international artists and patrons.

It is held in the James Town district in Accra every August for a week. The whole area becomes a massive stage and canvas for African art and content. With street processions, pop up theatres and events.

This year as always, the show hosted a street fashion show with young urban designers showcasing their talents with model in the open festival street. Below is a glimpse of what you missed, courtesy of fashion photography Photo Gerard.
