Face masks were on, but social distancing was definitely thrown out as Ghanaian actress and TV presenter Beverly Afaglo held her birthday party in the Volta region with guest Yvonne Nelson, Roselyn Ngissa and others.

Although she put together a small crowd of close-knit friends, there was a lot of music, fun and cake as seen in the videos she decided to publish on her Instagram.

Beverly trained as a Beauty Therapist at the FC Institute of Beauty Therapy, Ghana, and is a former student of Ghana Institute of Journalism where she studied journalism and public relations. Aside from acting, she operates Glamour Beauty Salon in Tema.

Luckily for her, the Ghanaian government didn’t take action like the Nigerian government did when Nigerian actress Funke Akindele decided to host a celebration party at her house.
