The fashion model was scouted by one of the popular modeling agencies in Uganda via Instagram. The scouting gave her a chance to do her debut competition for Ms. March 2018 and her first gig at the Kampala Fashion Week 2018. These performances subtly prepared her for bigger events like winning the Miss South Sudan Contest in April 2019. After relocating from Uganda to London in 2019, Eman was signed by several modeling agencies, catalyzing her chances of getting runway, editorial, and advertising deals. Her first SuperDry Campaign came almost immediately after the relocation, and she had the chance of working with Hero Fiennes Tiffin and later, Justin Campbell. Besides, she has walked and worked for various mainstream western fashion brands. She also appeared on the cover of Vogue Arabia in April 2020.
